International Competition: Placed third in the 200 breaststroke (2:29.62), fourth in the 100 breaststroke (1:10.75), and fifth in the 200 and 400 IMs at the Santa Clara International Invite...finished second in the 200 breaststroke (2:28.75) and seventh in the 100 breaststroke at the Los Angeles Grand Prix...finished 11th in the 200 IM and 10th in the 200 breaststroke at the Concoco Phillips National Championships...earned a bronze medal in the 200 breaststroke at the U.S. Open in Federal Way Wash., in August, 2009... had the top time in the 400 IM setting a personal-best of 4:45.41 in the prelims, but finished fifth in the finals of the U.S. Open... also finished second in the "B" finals of the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:09.04... swam at the 2009 U.S. Trials in Indianapolis, finishing fourth in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:26.84, bettering her prelim time by two seconds... swam fifth in the finals of the 200 IM after the third-fastest prelim time (2:15.57)... competed in four events at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials, tallying a trio of top-30 finishes...placed 15th in the 200-meter breast (2:31.62), 27th in the 400 IM (4:50.21) and 29th in the 100 breast (1:10.79)...finished 38th in the 200 IM (2:18.51)...swam at the 2005 and 2007 Summer Senior Nationals, finishing sixth in the 200 breast at the 2005 meet...won both the 200 breast and the 200 IM at the 2007 Spring Junior Nationals, setting meet records in both events.
Stanford in 2010-11 (Senior): Finished her career as a four-time All-American.... ranked No. 8 nationally in the 200 breast and No. 25 in the 100 breast... also No. 11 nationally in the 200 IM and No. 24 in the 400 IM... finished ninth in the 200 breast with a time of 2:08.76 and 11th in the 100 breast (1:00.48)... closing out a four-time top-16 finish in the 200 breast for the Missouri native... was also eighth in the 400 medley relay and 12th as a part of the 200 medley relay at NCAAs... for the conference champions, was the runner-up in the 200 breast (2:10.02), fourth in the 100 breast (1:00.91) and fifth in the 200 IM (1:57.85)...helped the Cardinal to a win over Arizona with wins in the 100 breast and 400 IM... picked up wins in the 200 breast and 400 medley relay against Florida/Michigan in a tri-meet in the fall... picked up three victories to open the year by sweeping the 100 and 200 breast and also winning the 200 IM at the George Haines Invite... academic All-Pac-10.
Stanford in 2009-2010 (Junior): Earned All-American honors in the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 200 breaststroke...finished second in the 200 breaststroke at the NCCA Championships with a 2:07.50 time...Pac-10 Champion in the 200 breaststroke (2:07.65)... swept a meet against USC as part of the first place 400 medley relay, winning the 200 breaststroke, 100 breaststroke, and finishing second in the 200 IM.
Stanford in 2008-09 (Sophomore): Named an All-American in both the 200 and 400 medley relays... posted the NCAA's 16th-fastest 200 breaststroke time (2:09.84)... posted the eighth-fastest 400 IM time (4:06.50) and the 28th-best 200 IM time at 1:58.02 in the collegiate ranks.... raced to a fourth place finish to teammate Julia Smit in the 400 IM at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 4:11.07.
Stanford in 2007-08 (Freshman): Earned a trio of All-American honors...finished fourth at the NCAA Championships in the 100 breast with the third-best time in Stanford history (1:00.32)...turned in the third-fastest 200 breast time in school history at 2:08.73 to finish second at NCAAs...earned a third All-America accolade by placing 11th in the 200 IM with a time of 1:57.45 (sixth-best in Stanford annals)...swam in five finals at the Pac-10 championships, highlighted by a second-place finish in the 200 breast (2:09.79)...turned in the fourth-best time in school history for the 400 IM with a 4:09.70, finishing third...also placed seventh in the 200 IM (1:59.07), second in the 200 medley relay (Stanford-record 1:37.57), third in the 400 free relay (3:16.00) and fourth in the 400 medley relay (3:36.13).
High School, Club and Personal Data: Graduated from Parkway South High School in Manchester, Mo....earned 2007 St. Louis Post-Dispatch and West Newsmagazine Female Athlete of the Year honors...was a two-time Missouri state Athlete of the Meet (2005 and 2007)...16-time high school All-American was tabbed a 2005 ESPY Athlete of the Year...set Missouri state records in both the 100 breast and the 200 IM...swam for Parkway Swim Club under coach Nick Rudich...majoring in human biology.
