Baleigh McCuskey finished her third season on The Farm in 2025, working as the Assistant Director of Football Operations.

In addition to her duties, she worked with the defensive line during the 2025 season with Coach Ross Kolodziej. With her help, Clay Patterson reached All-ACC honorable mention status in 2025, the Cardinal's first All-ACC defensive lineman and the program's first all-conference player at the position since 2022. Patterson paced the team in sacks with four and graded out as one of the top defensive linemen in the ACC, per PFF. The Cardinal finished with the 28th-ranked rush defense in the country at 119.3 yards per game in 2025, the fewest rushing yards per game recorded by Stanford's defense since 2014.

No stranger to football, McCuskey spent four seasons working as an assistant coach with Pomona-Pitzer, where she was the outside linebackers coach her final three seasons on staff. McCuskey became the first female assistant coach for football in Pomona-Pitzer history. While with the Sagehens, she helped the team to its first Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) championship in 2022. The Sagehens coaching staff was also named the SCIAC Coaching Staff of the Year for their efforts.

Coinciding with her time on the football staff, McCuskey also was an assistant softball coach at Pomona-Pitzer, remaining on staff after four years playing on the diamond for four seasons. McCuskey was named captain of the softball team prior to her senior season.

McCuskey held a variety of additional roles in her time at Pomona-Pitzer, including the director of football operations, an assistant strength and conditioning coach, and a student-athletic trainer.

A native of Reno, Nevada, McCuskey is a 2019 graduate of Pomona College where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
