A TOUCHDOWN FOR Michael Wilson and a division title for Justin Reid were among the highlights for Stanford alums around the NFL this weekend.
The following is a summary of how former Cardinal fared in Week 14 of the NFL season:
Arizona starting receiver Michael Wilson scored on a 41-yard touchdown catch that opened the scoring in the Cardinals’ 30-18 loss to visiting Seattle. Quarterback Kyler Murray hit Wilson in stride on a deep throw down to the 10, and Wilson’s momentum carried him through a tackle inside the 5 and into the end zone. Wilson caught two passes for 57 yards. It was Wilson’s career-high fourth touchdown catch of the season and was the Cardinals’ longest play of the game. Wilson played 59 (83 percent) offensive snaps. Teammate Elijah Higgins at tight end played 16 offensive snaps and 15 on special teams as the Cardinals (6-7) dropped to No. 10 in the NFC playoff picture.
