STANFORD, Calif. – Senior Kami Miner has been named the ACC’s Co-Setter of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
It is the fourth weekly honor of the season for Miner, who guided the Cardinal offense to a combined .354 attack percentage in a pair of sweeps over rival California last week. She shares the award with Pittsburgh setter Rachel Fairbanks.
Miner dished out 12.17 assists to go with 2.17 digs, 0.67 blocks and 0.83 points per set against the Bears. On Wednesday in Berkeley, she registered 32 assists, three kills and two blocks. She also had 11 digs for her team-best 10th double-double of the season. On Friday, Miner tallied 41 assists, two blocks and two digs as Stanford won its ninth straight match against the Bears - dropping just one set during that streak.
No. 5 Stanford hits the road this week, traveling to Miami on Friday on ACCNX and No. 23 Florida State on Sunday on ESPN.
