STANFORD, Calif. – In its first dual meet of the New Year, No. 18 Stanford was shut out by No. 2 Missouri, 39-0, Wednesday, in Maples Pavilion.
Missouri (7-0) won all 10 bouts, including six by bonus points. Stanford drops to 5-2 on the season. It was the first time the Cardinal had been shut out in a dual since a 41-0 loss at No. 2 Oklahoma State on Feb. 14, 2016.
The Cardinal is back in action on Sunday, Jan. 21 at Penn at 9 a.m. PT on ESPN+ and at Drexel at 1:30 p.m. PT on FloWrestling.
