STANFORD, Calif. -- Zach Grech, Maverick Handley and Jack Little were named Pac-12 All-Academic first team and 10 other Cardinal earned All-Academic recognition from the conference, as announced Thursday.
Handley (bioengineering) ties for the highest grade-point average (3.78) of any All-Academic honoree while Little (management science and engineering) and Zach Grech (management science and engineering) joined him on the first team.
Brendan Beck (undeclared) earned a spot on the second team while Nick Bellafronto (public policy), Andrew Daschbach (science, technology and society), (Duke Kinamon (science, technology and society), Will Matthiessen (management science and engineering), Erik Miller (science, technology and society), Jacob Palisch (computer science), Kyle Stowers (communication), Tim Tawa (undeclared) and Alec Wilson (management science and engineering) earned honorable mentions.
To be eligible for All-Academic teams, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above and participate in at least half of the team's scheduled regular-season events.
