PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif.- Mallory Burdette won her first two consolation singles matches on Friday afternoon, highlighting Stanford's play at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships.
Burdette is also still alive in the main doubles draw, pairing with Nicole Gibbs to reach the quarters following an 8-5 win over Georgia Tech's Caroline Lilley and Jilian O'Neil.
Play continues Saturday.
