- Swims out of Mount Kelly (2025-present), and previously competed for Basildon Phoenix (2016-25)
- Represented England and Great Britain at the international level (2022-25)
- 2025 World Junior silver medalist in the 4x100 freestyle relay and a finalist in the 50 free
- 2024 European Junior bronze medalist in the 50 free
- Set a World Junior record in the 4x50 mixed freestyle relay at the Ontario International meet (2023)
