India Zepeda was named Assistant Director of Football Operations at Stanford in March 2026 after previously serving as Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations for the Cardinal.
In her current role, Zepeda oversees day-to-day operational logistics for Stanford Football, coordinating travel, team meals, hotel accommodations, and itineraries for away competitions while supporting student-athletes, coaches, staff, and recruiting visitors. She also assists with onboarding incoming student-athletes, co-directs the program's prospect camps, and manages operational databases, communications, and administrative systems.
Before joining the football operations staff, Zepeda spent 2025 as Stanford's Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations. She coordinated all logistics for official and unofficial visits, developed recruiting itineraries, evaluated prospective student-athlete transcripts to ensure alignment with Stanford's academic standards, managed recruiting ticket operations for home games, and assisted with coach travel during key recruiting periods.
Zepeda arrived on The Farm after three seasons at Fresno State, where she served as a Recruiting Assistant from 2022-25. During her tenure, she helped coordinate recruiting operations, managed official and unofficial visit logistics, oversaw recruiting budgets and documentation, maintained prospect information within ARMS, and ensured compliance with NCAA regulations. Fresno State posted four consecutive top-four recruiting classes in the Mountain West Conference during her time with the Bulldogs, highlighted by a top-40 nationally ranked recruiting class in 2025.
In 2024, Zepeda was selected to participate in the NFL Women's Forum during the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. The prestigious program brings together emerging leaders from across football to engage with NFL executives, coaches, and personnel staff while providing professional development and networking opportunities.
A native of California, Zepeda earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in sports marketing from Fresno State in 2025.
