- Part of England national team system, played for U16 and U18 teams
- Selected to Great Britain Elite Development Program team in 2022
- U18 Tier 1 National Hockey Champions in 2019-20. Placed third in U16 School Indoor National Hockey finals.

- Took second in U16 Club National Indoor Finals in 2019-20
- Plays club hockey for Harleston Magpies
- Vice-captain of Framlingham first team in 2021-22.
- Head Girl at school in 2021-22

- Named netball team’s trainer of the year in 2017, most improved player in 2018. Won 2021-22 county championship.
