- Became the No. 3 freshman in Stanford history in the mile, with a 4:01.95 at the Husky Classic
- Took the No. 5 spot on Stanford's all-time freshmen list in the 3,000 at 7:56.93 at the Terrier Classic
- Both times were personal records
- Anchored Stanford's distance medley relay to seventh at the ACC Championships
Cross Country - Stanford's No. 7 runner at the Gans Creek Classic, placing 18th
- Made collegiate debut at Missouri's Gans Creek Classic
- Placed 49th at ACC Championships as team's No. 9 runner
International/National
- Representing Great Britain, placed 47th at the 2024 World Under-20 Cross Country Championships in Belgrade, Serbia
- Fourth in the 5,000 at the 2023 European U20 track and field championships
Prior to Stanford
- Owns personal bests of 3:44.47 in the 1,500, 8:04.53 in the 3,000, and 14:03.10 in the 5,000
- Competed for the Aldershot, Farnham and District Athletics Club
- Representing The Sixth Form College Farnborough, won the English Schools 1,500 and 3,000 titles
Personal
- Parents are Lisa and Chris Dargan
- Has an older sister, Charlotte
- Received Town Hero Award for his work as a volunteer during the UK COVID vaccination rollouts, and for coaching and in support of younger athletes
