  • Stanford is coming off a 5-0 road trip to the Lone Star State, collecting victories over No. 6 Texas, No. 7 TCU, No. 12 LSU, No. 16 Florida Atlantic and No. 17 North Florida (rankings as of playing). The Cardinal swept the Owls and Ospreys, while besting the Horned Frogs, Longhorns and Tigers by matching scores of 4-1.
  • Senior Kelly Belardi continues to set new standards for the Cardinal with every match she plays. On March 13, the Manhattan Beach, Calif. native became the first Stanford beach volleyball player to amass 100 career individual wins with her and partner Avery Jackson's two-set win over No. 12 LSU's ones pair.
  • Belardi and Jackson were key cogs in the Cardinal's successful trip to Texas, posting a 5-0 record throughout the week with all but one victory coming in straight-set fashion. The duo, now 9-0 since pairing up March 13, was recognized for its incredible play by both the American Volleyball Coaches Association/College Beach Volleyball (AVCA/CBVB) and the  Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF), named both organization's Pair of the Week. Belardi and Jackson are Stanford’s first AVCA/CBVB and MPSF Pair of the Week selections in 2026, and the fourth overall in program history. The weekly honors are Stanford’s first since then-freshman Logan Tusher and then-sophomore Chloe Hoffman earned the AVCA/CBVB award on April 14, 2025.
  • Head coach Andrew Fuller recorded an individual milestone at the 2026 Stanford Invitational, capturing his 200th win as Stanford's head coach when the Cardinal topped the Houston Christian Huskies 5-0 on March 13. He now sits with 208 total wins while at the helm of Stanford's beach volleyball program.
  • 15 of the Cardinal's 21 victories in 2026 have come over top-20-ranked programs. When comparing Stanford to other top-20-ranked programs with 20-or-more wins this season, the Cardinal and No. 4 USC lead the way with 15, followed by No. 5 Florida State (11) and Cal Poly (5).
  • Up next, Stanford makes its final regular-season road trip, traveling to San Luis Obispo, Calif., to compete in the Center of Effort Challenge April 10-11. The Cardinal is slated to take on No. 4 USC, No. 7 TCU and No. 8 LMU while in SLO in round-robin action April 10 and 11. After the three matches, the competing teams (eight total) will be ranked and play in 1st/3rd/5th/7th place matches to close out the two-day event.
