STANFORD, Calif. - The No. 4 Cardinal (8-2) closes the regular season this weekend, taking on No. 7 Yale and No. 2 Trinity (CT).

Stanford successfully defended the team's 2024 MASC championship, winning the conference again two weeks ago.

FOURTH-RANKED CARD » Stanford opened the season at No. 5 in the CSA Women's Varsity rankings, fresh off last year's fifth-place national finish, and now sits at number four in the rankings.

STRONG REGULAR SEASON » The Card is 8-2 with one weekend remaining, already boasting six top-10 wins. Stanford has a chance to secure the ninth and 10th wins on the season, matching or exceding the total from last season. The team's nine wins in 2023-24 were the most in a season since winning 16 games in 2017-18.

INDIVIDUAL NATIONALS RECAP » Six members of the Cardinal competed at the CSA Individual National Championships: Riya Navani, Madison Ho, Mariana Narvaez Dardon, Amelie Haworth, Yuvna Gupta and Miriam Cheng. Navani finished second in the country after going 4-1 on the weekend.

RETURNING WITH HARDWARE » The Cardinal picked up a second-consecutive MASC crown early this week, adding to a recent trophy case that includes last season's CSA Most Improved Team award and the Chaffee award for sportsmanship.

ALL-AMERICAN MADISON HO » Sohomore Madison Ho is back for year two after a dominant freshman season. The Cambridge, Mass. native earned First Team All-American and All-MASC honors, as well as being named MASC Freshman of the Year.
